Our Beginning Band is made up of our 6th graders who signed up for band class in the Spring. During this first year, they will play one of our four starter instruments and get the opportunity to perform at our Shelby Annual Holiday Concert and our 5th grade recruitment event. 
These students are the future of our program and will learn the importance of performing in our community and the power of music!

Hello, my name is Ms. Ray! I love to make music whenever I can and get to know new people! I am so excited to start you on an instrument so you can achieve success and make an incredible impact on your community! When I'm not making music, I like to make art and spend time outdoors.
