Personal Finance class was visited by Donna Brumm from Harbor Light Credit Union who shared a variety of financial service information with our seniors. Thank you again to Miss Donna for taking the time yesterday morning to increase our financial literacy!
Last week on November 14th, Shelby band and choir students departed on an educational trip to Nashville, TN. During this trip, they performed outside the Country Music Hall of Fame, recorded a piece in historical RCA Studio B, toured museums, and visited the local scenery and shops such as the Opry Mills Mall and the Parthenon! Students returned this week on Monday November 17th and are now getting ready for our Holiday Performances.
We are extremely grateful for our Shelby Band Boosters, who provided our trip T-shirts, and fundraised at our concession events to provide meal stipends for our students. If you're interested in joining our Shelby Band Boosters, reach out to Mrs. Ray, we'd love to have you!
