For Preschool: Parents will need the child's birth certificate, immunization record, medical insurance card, and proof of parents' income from the 2018 calendar year.
Preschool programs are grant-funded and are based on federal and state income guidelines.
The next selection dates are July 26, August 15 and September 1.
