Qualifications:          

·         Bachelors or Masters degree in child related field

·         Educational Programming or Recreation experience preferred

·         Knowledge of School Board policies, procedures, and educational standards

·         Thorough knowledge of Federal, State, and local requirements regarding 21st CCLC programs

·         Excellent  communication and problem solving skills

·         Knowledge of the community and ability to establish relationships with community partners

·         Plan and implement curriculum

·         Coordinate data collection and record keeping

·         CPR-First Aid Training preferred

·         Any other qualifications deemed appropriate

Job Goal:                   To oversee the planning and implementation of all academic and enrichment activities and to supervise all staff and volunteers assigned to the program.
